Being locally owned means we can shape our services around the people we see every day: Gold Coast locals, families, workers and the many visitors who pass through Pacific Fair. If you have a question, just ask; no appointment is needed to speak with a pharmacist.
What we care about
- Time for you. We’d rather spend a few extra minutes getting to the bottom of a problem than rush you through. If we can’t help, we’ll refer you, often to the GPs at Help Medical, an independent general practice located inside our store.
- Expert advice. Our pharmacists and beauty advisors are here to answer questions about medicines, wellbeing, skincare and beauty.
- Fair prices. Competitive pricing without cutting corners on care.
- Better technology, more time with you. Our robotic dispensary picks medicines in seconds, and electronic shelf labels keep prices accurate. Both free up our team to spend more time with customers. You can also order everyday items for delivery across the Gold Coast through Uber Eats.
Meet the team
Jason Markey
Owner and Pharmacist (BPharmSci, MPharm)
Jason bought Priceline Pharmacy Pacific Fair in December 2023, bringing his career full circle: this is the store where he first trained. He completed his Master of Pharmacy at Griffith University, finished his internship in 2015, and spent five years with Priceline before working as a locum pharmacist across North Queensland. That experience of seeing what works, and what doesn’t, in many different pharmacies shapes how the store runs today. Jason also reviews the health articles on our website.
Chelsea Morey
Dispensary Manager
Chelsea has worked in pharmacies across the Gold Coast and brings strong organisational skills to our dispensary, making sure every prescription is handled accurately and efficiently.
Ben Wilson
Store Manager
Ben has been part of Priceline Pharmacy Pacific Fair since it opened in 2009. With deep experience in retail and management, and a keen interest in technology, he keeps the store running smoothly and has led many of the improvements customers notice.
Part of Pacific Fair, part of Broadbeach
We’ve been part of Pacific Fair since the store opened in August 2009, and we work alongside the other health services in the centre and across Broadbeach. Whether you live locally or you’re here on holiday, you’ll get the same care: a pharmacist who listens, honest advice, and help finding what you need.
Come and say hello. We’re open 7 days, until 9pm on Thursdays. Opening hours and directions.
